This menu carries information relating to the presentation of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) and the Department of Human Resources; notably its missions as defined by Decree N°2013/093 of 03 April 2013. It comprises among others, latest news with the goal to share information on the activities of the DHR in the recent past.

This menu helps in the consultation of career documents managed by SIGIPES. It gives the possibility to follow the evolution of career documents deposited at MINSANTE and to limit the cost that goes with travelling to Yaounde for such purposes.

The information available in this menu concerns the results of studies carried out within the armpits of the strategic planning process which resulted in the elaboration of the Human Resources Development Plan (HRDP).This menu shares in the other hand research results done by the group of research on human resources in Cameroon (GRESAC).

The training part is made up of information relating to training establishments, per region and their status (public or private) and on the health trade. Equally appearing here are priority needs in training of MINSANTE and training opportunities.

This interactive module gives the opportunity for individuals to update their information. This participates in the quest for constantly updating the data in other to have a data base that is reliable.

The competence menu gives the personnel the opportunity to consult and update information relating to acquired skills during their professional life/career. This include among others; information relating to academic training, professional training and work experience placements. It equally takes into account the post of work and various responsibilities assumed.

The Transfers/Appointments menu offers visitors of the site the possibility of publishing and to apply for transfers or permutation among staff of the same professional qualification. It also allows users consult appointments done in the MINSANTE and to download the relative texts.

The menu Staff listing is the repertoire of human resources working in the ministry of public health, in all levels of the health pyramid, per place of transfer. This list which is in itself dynamic comes from the General Census data. Personnel whose data is not available can individually insert such data or update any outdated information about their career.
